Fifth Day to Fabulous!

 

So we are on day five.  I have been keeping up with what I eat … everything I eat.  I am using an app called Lose It!.  I can access it on my computer and on my phone.  I can keep track of all the exercise that I do, as well.  I haven’t cheated yet.  I am increasing the exercise each day so I will have to increase the intake on my food.  My challenge is picking the right foods.   I like spicy and I like fresh.  I also have an added challenge that my guys like it also.  Dinner will be the main challenge in this regard.  I do cook a lot of chicken and pork.  I am going to have to add fish to this as well.  We don’t eat a lot of beef but when we do it is lean.  So if you have any great recipes, I would love to hear from you.

I am enjoying the exercise more and more.  I have been  walking the dog for quite awhile but now we are going farther.  It looks like I will have to carry a stick with me for the neighborhood dogs not on a lead.  I have started boxing again, I love it.  I feel exhilarated afterwards.  It is such a great feeling.  I think I am going to add planking, also.  My cousin started this and it sounds challenging.

This is all about challenging myself.  I know that I can rise and exceed the challenge!  I have a support system in place and I have the right attitude.  I know it will be difficult on some days and those are the days I will push harder.

So onward with my journey to fit and fabulous!

    Yes – so great! Remember to lose weight you don’t want to add back the calories you lose through exercise – otherwise you’ll stay the same. You are doing a great job – I’m inspired by you!
